These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArmorTech Coatings website (the “Site”) and any related communications, forms, and services offered by ArmorTech Coatings (“ArmorTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information. If your contact information changes, you should notify us so we can update our records.
If ArmorTech offers text message communications, and you provide your mobile number, you agree that we may send you service-related text messages regarding your inquiry, scheduling, estimate, appointment, or project.
If marketing or promotional text messages are ever used, they will be subject to applicable law, and you may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP where applicable. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
If you submit any information through the Site, including messages, photos, property details, project details, documents, or other content, you grant ArmorTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, review, copy, and process that content solely for purposes related to responding to your request, evaluating your project, providing services, operating our business, and maintaining our records.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMORTECH AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMORTECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ARMORTECH THROUGH THE SITE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArmorTech and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or any part of the Site at any time, without notice and without liability.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept those revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement entered into between you and ArmorTech for services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArmorTech regarding the Site.
